Manchester United in contact with Chelsea star

There are reports that Manchester United have “made contact” with Willian’s representatives over a free transfer swoop.

The Brazilian international’s contract is due to expire in two weeks’ time.

The Blues have a policy of offering players over 30 one-year contracts and the former Shakhtar Donetsk star is in that bracket.

According to France Football, United have ‘registered an interest’ in Willian with Kia Joorabchian and could bring him to Old Trafford on a Bosman.

The Brazilian winger has been tipped to link back up with Jose Mourinho when his contract at Stamford Bridge comes to an end.

Willian has been with Chelsea since 2013, making more than 200 league appearances and winning two league titles.
