Chelsea youngster wants to leave Stamford Bridge

Callum Hudson-Odoi is willing to listen to offers despite only signing a new Chelsea deal last year.

The teenager penned a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge but has become frustrated at his lack of involvement, reports the Independent.

Chelsea have added more attacking this talent this summer which is set to increase the competition in west London.

Not too long ago, Callum Hudson-Odoi decided to reject Bayern Munich’s advances, sign a big money deal at Chelsea, and was seen as the club’s future.

Now the Independent report that he’s looking at his situation and may now consider offers to leave due to a lack of playing time.

Hudson-Odoi missed the first three games of the restart due to an injury picked up in the mini pre-season before the Premier League got back underway and has yet to start a match upon his return.

He’s played just 48 minutes since the Premier League restart.

Frank Lampard determined to change Chelsea star, asks Petr Cech for replacement

Reports in England claim that Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is determined to sign a new goalkeeper even if Kepa stays.

According to the Telegraph, Lampard is said to be so determined to start with a different keeper next year that he has ordered Petr Cech and former goalkeeping coach Christophe Lollichon to compile two lists.

One of these lists will comprise options should Kepa be sold and another cheaper targets if the Spaniard stays.

Jan Oblak will without doubt be in the expensive list, dependent on Kepa going, as he is valued at £110m by Atletico Madrid.

But it is not known what list Dean Henderson would be in, with the Man Utd goalkeeper, currently on loan at Sheffield United, estimated to be worth about £50m.

Meanwhile, Chelsea, during the last weekend, were reported to have stalled over signing Dean Henderson as Sheffield United confirm talks with Manchester United for the on loan keeper.

Henderson – among a number of other keepers – has been linked with a Stamford Bridge move for some time as Frank Lampard searched for a replacement to out of favour Kepa who is likely to leave at the end of this season.

Frank Lampard to offer two Chelsea stars for “new John Terry”

Chelsea plan to offer West Ham a swap deal for Declan Rice including Ross Barkley and Michy Batshuayi, according to reports.

The Blues are keen to be reunited with the Hammers star but the East Londoners are reportedly not interested in taking on the rarely used pair.

Rice, 21, came through Chelsea’s academy but was released aged 14 when he signed for the Hammers.

But having been the stand out performer for West Ham this season, his old club will move to sign him again and offer two of their own players in return, according to the Times.

Barkley and Batshuayi have played peripheral roles under Frank Lampard and seem destined to leave Stamford Bridge this summer regardless.

Chelsea close in on Serie A star as Juventus, Inter Milan circle

Chelsea are ready to follow up their interest in Atalanta defender Robin Gosens after making him top of their list of potential left-back signings, according to reports.

Frank Lampard is understood to be keen on strengthening his left full-back options this summer, and the Blues have been linked with a host of names including Leicester’s Ben Chilwell and Ajax’s Nicolas Tagliafico.

Gosens plays on the left side of a five-man midfield for Atalanta, but is also a left-back in a four-man defence, scoring 10 goals with eight assists in 38 games between Serie A, the Champions League and Coppa Italia.

But according to Kicker, Gosens is now Chelsea’s first choice target this summer, with Atalanta ready to listen to offers for the highly-rated German.

Inter and Juventus are known to be interested, but German site Kicker claims that Chelsea have put Gosens at the top of their wish-list for this summer.

The Serie A side, who have had a brilliant season under Gian Piero Gasperini, are reportedly ready to sell the defender for around £27million.

Juventus, Inter Milan and Hertha Berlin are also interested, but the Blues could move quickly to sign the 26-year-old.

Gosens joined Atalanta from Dutch side Heracles Almelo for under £1m in 2017 and has starred for the Italian side this season with 10 goals and eight assists in 38 appearances.

Manchester City move to beat Chelsea to highly-rated defender

Manchester City are set to beat Chelsea to Nathan Ake as the Pep Guardiola side are reportedly close to completing a deal for the Bournemouth defender.

Neighbours United and Chelsea are among the long-list of teams that have been linked to the former Chelsea star.

But according to the Guardian, City have all-but won the race for his signature.

Pep Guardiola is ready to part with £35million for Ake as he looks to bolster his defence this summer.

Pep feels Ake could help fill the gap left by former skipper Vincent Kompany who left to return to Belgium 12 months ago.

But Chelsea have also been linked with their former defender Ake and are believed to have a buy-back option.

Former Chelsea striker fails Serie A club’s medical

Loic Remy won’t be joining newly-promoted Serie A side Benevento after the Frenchman failed the club’s medical.

The former Chelsea striker had arranged to join the Serie B champions on a free transfer from Lille.

The Ligue 1 club made efforts to keep him after his contract expired at Lille. He, however, insisted he wanted to leave.

Remy passed the first part of his medical earlier this month but further checks have shown an issue which has caused Benevento to end their interest.
