HT Report: (Watch Goal on Video) Man City 0-1 Lyon in Champions League quarter-final match

Lyon’s Maxwel Cornet opens the scoring in the quarterfinal and it’s the French side up first.

It was a long ball over the top from Lyon that finds Ekambi straight through the middle – Walker at wing back played him onside.

Ekambi’s first effort was saved by Ederson but the ball rolled out to Cornet who curled the redound into the near corner from just outside the penalty area.

Goal was initially reviewed by VAR, but the goal is confirmed, it’s a lovely shot from distance slotted in near post.

Replying to a tweet Chilwell posted during Bayern’s battering of Barcelona, one said: “Stay away from my club.”

Another said: “Please stay at Leicester. Don’t join Chelsea. Sincerley, Chelsea fans.”

A third bluntly added: “Stay at Leicester bro.”

One more said: “You’re a fraud and I never want to see you at Chelsea.”

Cristiano Ronaldo’s agents respond to shock Barcelona move speculation

Cristiano Ronaldo’s agents have rubbished rumours linking the Juventus superstar with a shock move to Barcelona or PSG.

The 35-year-old, revered as an icon at Barca’s rivals Real Madrid, reportedly intends to remain with the Serie A champions.

Earlier this week it was reported that the forward has been offered the chance to conquer France alongside Neymar at Paris Saint-Germain.

The idea of the Portugal skipper sharing the same team sheet as his fellow Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi would be a prospect fantasy football fans could only dream of.

However Spanish outlet AS claim Ronaldo’s advisers dismissed the rumours as “completely false” and pure speculation.
