Brighton boss Graham Potter has heaped praise on his players after sharing spoils with Chelsea on Wednesday night at Stamford Bridge.
A late goal from Danny Welbeck salvaged a well-deserved point for Brighton who put in an excellent shift during the second half.
Graham Potter, after the match, said: “I’m really proud, we were playing against a team that is full of quality.”
“We earned the point, I think the performance was really good.”
“It’s not easy to come here, they have invested heavily in a top class outfit and they are a different level to us.”
“I can’t speak highly enough of the boys.”
“If we’ve got everyone available then we’re a strong outfit.”
