Antonio Conte on verge of re-uniting with hatchet man as Inter Milan are handed transfer price

Antonio Conte is gradually moving closer to a reunion with his former midfield hatchet man as Barcelona have reportedly agreed to sell Arturo Vidal.

The Chile international is now 32 years old and would relish the opportunity to reunite with his former Juventus Coach Conte.

Barcelona are prepared to sell Vidal for €20m, according to Catalan paper Sport, with Inter certainly interested.

His contract with Barcelona runs to June 2021, as he only made the €18m move from Bayern Munich last summer.

According to Sport, Vidal is potentially on the transfer market if someone meets the €20m asking price.

Football Italia report that Paris Saint-Germain are also candidates, but Inter would be at the front of the queue to bring Vidal back to Serie A.

Vidal played 112 games under Conte’s guidance at Juve, scoring 34 goals and providing 19 assists.
