Arsenal have matched Borussia Dortmund’s £13million offer for Real Valladolid ace Ivan Fresneda.

Fresneda, 18, is expected to make his decision over the next hours and will be loaned back for the season.

It has been claimed that the Gunners had matched Dortmund’s £13million bid but it seems as if Fresneda will be playing his football in Germany.
