Michael Zorc has jokingly suggested that Chelsea target Erling Haaland is currently in England, amid intense speculation over his future.

The Norway international was not at the fitness test in Dortmund today.

The German giants returned to pre-season training on Monday, with fitness tests set to take place ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.

And the club’s Head of Sport Michael Zorc was in the mood for jokes when explaining the striker’s whereabouts amid links to Chelsea.

He was probed by Sky in Germany over his whereabouts, to which he reportedly gave a joking response.

“He is in England”, Zorc replied, while laughing.
