Chelsea set to hand Arsenal major transfer boost as Juventus join race for Blues star

Chelsea could be set to hand Arsenal a major transfer boost in their bid to sign Sassuolo ace Manuel Locatelli.

Reports from Italy suggest that Juventus are interested in Blues player Tiemoue Bakayoko.

According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, Juventus would be keen to acquire his services.

Bakayoko has fallen out of favour at Stamford Bridge in the last three years having been sent out on loan to AC Milan, Monaco and Napoli.

Thanks to his Serie A experience, the Frenchman would be a useful option for the Bianconeri.

Gazzetta believe Juventus are looking at Chelsea’s Bakayoko as a cheaper alternative to Locatelli, for whom the idea of staying at Sassuolo has not been ruled out either.

However, Locatelli still seems to prefer a move to Juve this summer
