Half-Time Report: (Watch Video) Kepa Arrizabalaga saves Chelsea in first half

Out of-favour keeper Kepa Arrizabalaga made an impressive save to keep scores level after being handed rare start in Thomas Tuchel’s much-changed side for FA Cup clash

And the Tykes have been the better side comfortably. They could have two goals. They should’ve had at least one through Callum Brittain, who hit Kepa from yards out, and then just before the HT whistle from Adeboyejo.

Chelsea have been pedestrian, sloppy with their passing and lacking in imagination – even though they were wrongly denied a penalty after Abraham was felled.

Barnsley will be delighted. Tuchel will need to think things over because it hasn’t come together just yet. The home side look confident in their game plan and it’s working.

He’s not got too many game-changers on the bench but expect Olivier Giroud to come on at some point.
