Liverpool join Chelsea in race for Three Lions star

Liverpool are being linked with a transfer move for Declan Rice, with West Ham United supposedly valuing him at around £90m.

Former Chelsea boss Frank Lampard was in the forefront of the move for the Blues academy product. His sacking has not swayed the interest of the west London’s club in Rice.

The Telegraph report that Rice has rejected two contract offers from West Ham because he wants to test himself on a bigger stage and doesn’t wish to tie himself to the club long-term.

Liverpool have been linked with Rice before, as have Manchester United, and West Ham transfer source ExWHUemployee claims that the Reds are interested again.
