Chelsea have reportedly ‘contacted’ Leandro Paredes ahead of a summer switch from Paris Saint-Germain.

The Argentine is one of several players linked with an exit from the perennial Ligue 1 champions ahead of an overhaul.

ESPN Argentina claim that the Blues have made the initial contact with the Parisians over a potential move for Paredes, who has spent this season on loan at Juventus.

Like fellow Chelsea target Rice, Paredes has just a year on his contract and could be sold by PSG to raise funds for several deals.

The 28-year-old joined PSG from Zenit in 2019 and has made 117 appearances for the French outfit. He could now link up with countryman Pochettino at Chelsea.
