Reports in England claim Mauricio Pochettino has signed his contract to become Chelsea manager next season.

The former Tottenham boss will take charge of the Blues after caretaker Frank Lampard finishes his short stint back at the helm.

Pochettino, 51, has been out of work since leaving Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the 2021-22 season.

According to the Telegraph’s Matt Law, via The Sun, his return to the dugout has now been secured, following weeks of negotiations.

The Argentine is expected to bring his usual backroom staff with him to Stamford Bridge.

His coaching team comprises of assistant boss Jesus Perez, as well as Toni Jimenez, Miguel D’Agostino and son Sebastiano Pochettino.
