Reports in Germany and England claim Manchester United are billed to battle it out with Real Madrid to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho this summer.

The England international is regarded as one of the hottest prospects in European football having scored 11 goals and provided 13 assists in the Bundesliga this term.

United are known to be long-time admirers of the former Manchester City youth player, but according to Bild, Los Galaticos are now also keen on a move for the 19-year-old.

The German newspaper report the Borussia Dortmund hotshot has emerged as the latest target for Zinedine ZIdane.

Sancho has also been linked with a return to the Premier League with Manchester United if he decides to make a big move after a stunning season.

Neither side are likely to baulk at the £100m asking price for Sancho, with both keen to sign a player who looks set to be a star of the game for many years to come.
