REVEALED: What Chelsea fan told Declan Rice over Stamford Bridge move during Poland-England World Cup qualifying match

A Chelsea fan took matter into his own hand over the battle to acquire the services of West Ham midfielder Declan Rice during the Three Lions clash with Poland.

Rice has been strongly linked with a move to Stamford Bridge over recent years but does not appear to be getting involved in the frenzy for his signature

Following England’s recent 1-1 draw with Poland in World Cup qualifying, the midfielder appeared to head towards a portion of the crowd to express his gratitude and take a few photographs.

Whilst there though, a Chelsea shirt was draped over the edge of the stand, with a particularly confident fan saying “you know where to go.”

The 22-year-old spotted the supporter but appeared to remain impartial and then chose to turn around to rejoin his Three Lions colleagues in the dressing room.

The international break was certainly a memorable one for the 22-year-old as he netted his second goal for England with a well-taken strike against Hungary.

Rice is contracted to West Ham until 2024 but he is not expected to sign a new contract, making a move probable next summer as the Londoners would be under pressure to cash in.

Manchester United believe the influence of their England contingent puts them at an advantage over potential Premier League competitors. Chelsea are long-time admirers of Rice and Manchester City may look to replace the ageing Fernandinho next year.
