Manchester City are reportedly set to hijack Paris Saint-Germain’s move for Benfica playmaker Joao Neves despite the fact that the Ligue 1’s giants are “ready to advance in talks with” the Portuguese side over the player .

The midfielder has been heavily linked with making a move away from Portugal this summer, with Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain among his suitors.
