Chelsea fans want former Blues star back at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea fans are begging for Oscar to come back as former playmaker posts throwback pictures with Lampard, Hazard and Willian.

The attacking midfielder took to Twitter to share a number of heart-warming snaps of his time at Chelsea, accompanied by the caption: “Do you remember these moments?

Helping Chelsea win the Premier League, League Cup and Europa League, as well as scooping two Chelsea Goal of the Season awards after stunning strikes against Juventus in 2012 — on his full debut — and QPR in 2014, fans were quick to respond to his tweet, report The Sun.

Comments were centred around asking the 28-year-old to return to Stamford Bridge.

One fan replied: “Once a blue, always a blue. Come back brother.”

Whilst another added: “We need you, come home.”

The Brazilian left Chelsea to join Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG for £60million after four-and-a-half years at Stamford Bridge.

Oscar was openly criticised for his decision to leave the prestigious Premier League to play in the Far East back in 2017 but fans have made it clear they are happy to welcome him back.

More responses to his Chelsea throwback snaps included comforting messages like: “Your always welcome back.”

“Come back Oscar you’re too good to be over there at your age, come home instead.”

At the time of his departure from the Blues, the Brazilian playmaker did insist he left Chelsea ‘with the doors open’, meaning there could be scope for a future return.
