Frank Lampard asks Chelsea to sign Real Madrid star

Reports in Spain claim Frank Lampard has asked Chelsea to make a move to sign unsettled Luka Jovic on loan.

According to Spanish daily Sport, Chelsea are desperate for a new striker to partner Tammy Abraham and Lampard has his sights set on the Real Madrid ace to bolster his squad.

Real Madrid are willing to give the Serbian another chance despite him fleeing Spain’s lockdown to return to his home country last month.

However that could change if they are successful in bringing a big-name striker to the club, meaning Jovic could be loaned out.

Arsenal are also said to be keen if Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang leaves while Spurs could enter the market should Harry Kane depart.
