Everton lead at the break courtesy of Gylfi Sigurdsson’s cooly converted penalty, while Chelsea have dominated.

The Toffees took the lead mid-way through the half in front of 2,000 supporters when Gylfi Sigurdsson slotted home a penalty after Dominic Calvert-Lewin was brought down by Edouard Mendy.

Chelsea have had the majority of the chances and hit the post through Reece James but it’s been a frustrating afternoon for Frank Lampard, Timo Werner and Co so far.
